THE STORY: The company was founded in 2012 by two brothers, longtime residents of Glendale. As the sons of a residential contractor, Ara and Vahe both witnessed their family businesses struggle without an appropriate business platform. To address this, they developed a cloud-based business management software designed to run the entire operations of a home service company. From plumber to builder, the platform is designed to make information easy to digest, and supports all aspects of the business — from customer service to the technician. Since Service Titan’s founding, it has seen tremendous growth.
