Using the 24 Hour Hotline


Welcome to the City of Glendale after hours hotline for residents and business people to call to report a problem. You will now be able to access a “live” City representative 24 hours a day, including weekends, by calling the City’s After-Hours Hotline at 818-550-4400. Residents and business owners should continue to call 9-1-1 for all police or fire related emergencies.

Here are some examples of various problems and incidents:

  • Traffic Signal Malfunction
  • Code Enforcement Related Matters
  • Illegal Construction
  • Fallen Tree Limbs
  • Graffiti Removal
  • Illegal Dumping
  • Malfunctioning Street Lights
  • Potholes
  • Damaged Sidewalks
  • Animal Related Concerns
