Workshops take place on the first Wednesday of each month, 2:00 - 3:00 p.m. at the Computer Lab at the Downtown Central Library.
Each 1 hour workshop delves into in-demand occupations in the Glendale region by taking a broad look at in demand occupations in the Glendale region which primarily revolve around retail, food/hospitality and healthcare.
Focusing on the following:

what the path to entry is for these occupations;

where the combination of work experience and education will take you;

the wage expectations along the way; and,
-
the skills you will gain and what ancillary jobs they could transfer to.
