Pay Your Bill Online - Save paper and stamps. Log in to your MYGWP account or sign up for online access. You can view and pay your bill 24/7.

Auto Pay - Have your payment automatically withdrawn from your bank account or charged to your credit card  on the due date. Register or log in to your MYGWP account to set up Auto Pay. Once logged in, select AutoPay from the Pay & View Bills section on the left side.

Pay Near Me - Pay your GWP bill 24/7 at any 7-Eleven convenience store. Take your GWP bill to any 7-Eleven store, have the clerk scan the bar code on the back of the bill, and you pay any amount up to the total in cash only for a small convenience fee of $1.49 per transaction.

Pay By Phone - Phone in your payment with your credit or debit card. Make sure you have your account number handy and call 855-798-1539. Hearing Impaired TTY (818) 409-7062.

Pay By Mail - Mail your payment in the envelope enclosed with each GWP bill. Or send your payment to City of Glendale, PO BOX 29099, Glendale, CA 91209.

Drop Box - Drop off your payment at the main entrance and at the end of the driveway at 141 N. Glendale Ave. Glendale, CA 91206.

Pay In Person - Visit us at 141 N. Glendale Ave. Level 2 Glendale, CA 91206. GWP's Customer Service counter hours are:

Mondays - Thursdays: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Fridays: 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM
