Project Description

In continuing the City's efforts to reduce injuries and fatalities to pedestrian while also encouraging them to walk or bike to school, Public Works will be implementing the Fiscal Year 2020-21 Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Curb Ramp Installation, Sidewalk Repair, and Crack Seal Program.

Scope of Work

The scope of the work for this project generally includes: 

Selective removal/reconstruction/surface plane of deteriorated pavement and placement of asphalt concrete pavement;
Application of crack sealing material;
Selective removal, repair and reconstruction of damaged curbs, gutters, sidewalks, driveways, cross gutters, and alley aprons, including disposal of asphalt and Portland cement concrete pavements;
Curb ramp modification and reconstruction to meet the ADA guidelines requirements; and,
Remodeling of roof drains.
