Foothill Boulevard, from Lowell Avenue to Oak Grove Drive, within the unincorporated community of La Crescenta-Montrose and the cities of Glendale and La Cañada Flintridge.
Project Description/Scope of Work
Los Angeles County Public Works (Public Works) is collaborating with the Cities of Glendale and La Cañada Flintridge to develop the Foothill Boulevard Active Transportation Plan (Plan). The purpose of the Plan is to propose infrastructure recommendations along Foothill Boulevard to encourage active transportation use and create connectivity throughout the corridor. Foothill Boulevard is a major corridor in the region located in the Crescenta Valley near the Angeles National Forest. This Plan will evaluate approximately six miles of Foothill Boulevard from Lowell Avenue to Oak Grove Drive within the unincorporated community of La Crescenta-Montrose and the Cities of Glendale and La Cañada Flintridge.
