Cherry Blossom Festival, Sakura Matsuri

The Friends of Shoseian and the Japan Foundation will present the first ever Cherry Blossom Festival (Sakura Matsuri) held at the Friendship Gardens, Brand Park, Glendale, CA. This is a wonderful family event, free to all, to celebrate the recent extensive renovation of our Japanese Friendship Garden. 

There are many scheduled events, including music performances, two tea ceremonies, and a Cherry Tree Planting Ceremony. Bento Box lunches and the Okamoto Food Truck will be available..
