Residential Preferential Parking PermitsGlendale residents living within an established Preferential Parking Permit District may be eligible to purchase a permit that excludes them from the posted time limits. As a reminder, vehicle displaying a valid Preferential Parking Permit are not exempt from the posted “No Parking” zones or times. If you would like to purchase permits, please click here.
If you applied online or submitted a mail-in application, and have questions regarding your preferential parking permit submittal, please call the Permit Processing Center at (866) 470-3088, 8am-5pm, Monday through Friday.

PayByPhone
PayByPhone makes parking easier and more convenient for customers by allowing them to pay for parking using their smart phone. Customers can store vehicle and payment information with PayByPhone to make paying for parking more convenient. Parking sessions can be extended without having to go back to the meter. For single-space, coin-only meters, this offers customers the option of paying with a credit card or additional payment options. For more information, click here.
