Beginning November 1, 2021, City facilities and counters will be open to the public with the exception of Planning and Permit Services, which will remain by appointment only..

Signage, shielding, personal protective equipment, sanitizing, and floor decals are in place to protect both visitors and employees.

Mask Requirements for City Facilities
Masks are required while visiting indoor City facilities regardless of vaccination status. This requirement is effective July 17, 2021 at 11:59pm, per Los Angeles County Department of Public Health  Order.
