Hosted by Library, Arts & Culture and StoryCenter
California Listens is a statewide initiative to gather local stories covering generations of both native and immigrant California families. Through this gathering of family stories, this project highlights the stories of what it means to be Californian, and opens the door between communities that live and work together within the City of Glendale, and within the state itself.
The seminar begins with an Overview to Digital Storytelling, and continues to train attendees to not only share and record their stories, but also to record the stories of others.
NOTE: This is a 2-day seminar which begins on Friday, September 14. Click here for more information on both days and to reserve your spot.
