"My JKD" with Master David Cherkes 

Bruce Lee has been called the "Father of Mixed Martial Arts" (MMA). He synthesized his personal approach to the martial arts and what he called "Scientific Street Fighting", in the '60's He called his approach Jeet Kune Do or "The Way of the Intercepting Fist."

Come join us for a very special event with Master David Cherkes as he shares his own JKD experience along with his decades of martial training in Grappling, Jujitsu, Stick Fighting, Muay Thai and Full Contact Self Defense Training.

Please note: This will be a lecture on JKD with some "Hands On" exercises but it will not be a full workout.
