Virtual Teen Night Out Presents:
"Is Law School Right for ME?"
On Thursday, August, 27, 2020, the Community Services & Parks Department’s, Youth & Family Services Section will present “Is Law School Right for ME?” with a virtual Teen Night Out (TNO) from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. The presentation will be moderated by Lucy Varpetian, Principal Assistant City Attorney, Office of the Glendale City Attorney, and presented by Zepur Simonian, Supervising Research Attorney, Los Angeles Superior Court. Our guest speakers will discuss the specific details of law school, and what it takes to be successful on a consistent basis while attending law school. Teens will have time at the end of the session to ask questions about how to get into law school.
Teen volunteers will be able to receive volunteer hours for attending the virtual Teen Night Out meeting. Teens interested in attending our virtual TNO meetings should email John Maghaguian at jmaghaguian@glendaleca.gov or call (818) 937-7247. Follow us on Instagram @myglendaleteens.
