The weekly senior mixer has been on break at the Adult Recreation Center (ARC) since the onset of the pandemic. Since the Adult Recreation Center’s dining hall continues to serve as the hub for the congregate meals program, the senior mixer’s triumphant return took place on Friday, December 10, 2021, but at Pacific Community Center’s gym.  The program enables the greater Glendale senior population to socialize and interact and get their bodies moving to music in a friendly and safe environment.  Pacific Community Center will continue to host the event once a month, starting in February, until the Adult Recreation Center becomes available.
