Non-Profits are invited to learn the fundamentals of federal funding for the FY 2023 CDBG grant cycle. Each year the City of Glendale’s Community Development Block Grant program provides social service and capital improvement grants to local area non-profits who serve low-to moderate income individuals in our community.
