In honor of Mental Health Awareness Month, the Glendale Police Department's HOPE Unit has partnered with Nami to provide support and educate the public. The "Law Enforcement's Role in Engaging with Persons Undergoing a Mental Health Crisis" session is sponsored by Soroptimist International of Glendale. Presenters include Mental Health Liaison Officer, Kevin Lee of the GPD, Psychiatric Social Worker and Erika Solis, LSW of the GPD.
