Male Arrested and Booked for Possessing Narcotics for Sale

On February 13, 2022 at approximately 10:15 a.m., Glendale PD officers responded to the 1000 block of Thompson Ave regarding a male smoking narcotics inside of a parked vehicle. Upon arrival, officers observed 47-year-old Aleksandr Seyranov of Glendale in the back seat of a vehicle and asked him to open the door. When Seyranov opened the door, a cloud of smoke came from inside of the vehicle and a torch lighter fell off of his lap. Inside of the vehicle in plain view, officers located a can of butane, a paperclip with heroin residue, and two plastic straws that were melted on one end. A further search of the vehicle produced two bags containing a black, tar-like substance, individual plastic bags, a digital scale, a glass pipe with a bulbous end, and a large amount of cash in various denominations. Seyranov was arrested and booked for possessing narcotics for sale.
