Video Duplication Request Form

DVD copies of the weekly City Council meetings, city Board and Commission meetings, and all GTV6 programs are available for duplication.

Citizens who are requesting copies must complete a Video Duplication Request providing the city with their name, telephone number, the title and the date of the meeting or program, and the quantity. The fee is $20.00 for a copy of a meeting or an event. Fee's are payable in advance.
