The results of the City Lights lottery have been published in the individual applicant’s WaitListCheck.com account.  Applicants may log into their account to check their status.

Inactive status means that the applicant was not selected in the lottery and will not receive further correspondence regarding their application.

If an applicant was selected in the lottery, their position number will be listed in their WaitListCheck.com account.

Applicants selected in the lottery do not need to take any action at this time.  Once the results of the lottery are sent to the manager of each building, the manager will send further instruction.

Please note:  the three buildings included in this opening were constructed 10-15 years ago and are currently occupied.  This opening is to replenish the waiting list for each building. If an applicant is selected in the lottery and placed on a waitlist, they will be contacted by the manager of the waitlist.  Applicants on a waitlist will be required to update their information annually with the manager.  When there is a vacancy in the building, the resident manager will contact the next person in line on the waitlist, according to the order in which applicants were randomly selected in the lottery.
