- When offered for sale, graffiti implements including spray paint, wide-tip markers, paint sticks and glass etchers are required to be kept behind a locked cabinet.
- City staff will remove graffiti from public property as quickly as possible when it is reported.
- City staff will routinely survey public property to note and remove graffiti that is not reported by residents.
- The City will aggressively investigate, apprehend and prosecute any person involved in graffiti vandalism.
- Police Department and Neighborhood Services personnel will share information on the identity of taggers and graffiti vandals.
