Glendale is GreenOur City has had a long standing commitment to the environment. From promoting green building materials to developers to bringing fresh organic produce to our residents with our Farmer’s Market, the City of Glendale (CA) is always committed towards responsible living and working.
We throw out more than 400 million electronic units every year; almost 88% of that waste is incinerated or added to landfills. If your old electronics work, pass them on via Freecycle.org or Craigslist.com. If they are kaput, find reputable e-waste recyclers in your area at E-stewards.org. |
