COMPREHENSIVE DESIGN GUIDELINES (Adopted Nov. 29, 2011)
These Design Guidelines are to be used by all those applying for permits in the City of Glendale. In order to approve a project under Design Review, decision-makers must find that the project is consistent with the intent of the Design Guidelines. They were developed to provide predictability for property owners and developers, as well as residents and other stakeholders in the Glendale community.
