Q: Is there a preferred web browser for MYGWP Account?
A: Although MYGWP is viewable on all devices, the preferred browsers are Chrome, Firefox, and Safari (for Apple products). Please do not use Internet Explorer.
Q: Do existing GWP eCARE Account users need re-register for MYGWP?
A: Yes. Existing eCARE users will need to re-register for MYGWP. This can either be done by clicking on the link of the GO LIVE email sent to them, or by clicking the following link: https://mygwp.glendaleca.gov/
Q: I am able to log in to MYGWP Account, however I am unable to view my bill.
A: If you are unable to view your bill, you may need to add Adobe Reader to your device. If you are still unable to view your bill, please contact us at GWPCustomerService@glendaleca.gov and we will ensure that you can view your bill.
Q: Can an existing GWP eCARE Account user log in to MYGWP Account without resetting their password and username?
A: No. For security reasons, it is imperative that a customer resets their password and username. If a customer does not wish to reset their password and username, they cannot log in.
Q: Can I view multiple accounts from the same username?
A: Yes, as long as all accounts are linked with the same customer number. If you have multiple accounts and would like your accounts reviewed to possibly combine your customer numbers, please email us at GWPCustomerService@glendaleca.gov. Otherwise, each account would need to be registered independently with its own email and username.
Q: Can I use the same email for more than one username?
A: No. Only one email address can be used with every username.
Q: Can I view my Usage History?
A: Not at this time. We are working to make that feature available soon. You can still view your electric usage through our Opower portal and water usage through our WaterInsight portal. Please register for Opower and for WaterInsight if you aren’t currently registered.
Q: Can I use the same username for more than one MYGWP account?
A: No

A: No
Q: Can I still make a one-time payment when enrolled in Auto Pay?
A: Yes
