The Community Outreach Resources and Engagement Bureau, also known as CORE, implements long-term problem-solving strategies and addresses crime and quality of life issues. Through its Community Relations Team (CRT), Homeless Outreach and Psychological Evaluation team (HOPE), School Resource Officers (SROs), Downtown Policing Unit (DPU) and the various youth programs it coordinates, CORE is dedicated to building meaningful and productive relationships with the Glendale community.
