Under the Director of Public Works, the Administration Division oversees all operations within the Public Works Department including 400 employees and an operating budget of approximately $130 million.

The Administration Division is also responsible for preparation and management of the Department budget, legislative review, strategic planning, coordinating special projects, and human resources management. Additionally, the Division seeks to inform, educate, and engage the community in Public Works projects through community outreach efforts.
