Scope of Work

• Selective removal & replacement of damaged curbs and gutters, driveway approaches, sidewalks; cross gutters and asphalt concrete pavement;
• Installation of curb ramps meeting current Americans with Disabilities Act Guidelines;
• Cold milling existing pavement;
• Placing Rubberized asphalt pavement wearing course;
• Planting of 8 new street trees;
• Reconstruction of damaged sewer mains;
• Installing new traffic striping, pavement markings and signage, and
• Traffic signal Modifications at Colorado Street and San Fernando Road and at Colorado Street and Columbus Avenue.

Project Improvement Limits

• Colorado Street between San Fernando Road and Central Avenue; and 
• Columbus Avenue between Colorado Street and Broadway.

Construction Schedule

• Project completion date is November 2021, barring any unforeseen conditions.
