Scope of Work

• Surface planning the existing pavement, where necessary;
• Selective removal and replacement of deteriorated asphalt concrete pavement;
• The grading and preparation of the sub grade;
• Selective removal, repair and reconstruction of damaged curbs, gutters, sidewalks, driveways, cross gutters, and alley aprons, including disposal of asphalt and Portland cement concrete pavements;
• Remodeling of roof drains;
• Curb ramp modification and reconstruction  to meet the ADA guidelines requirements;
• Disposal of all construction debris, including disposal of asphalt and Portland cement concrete pavements;
• Application of crack sealing materials together with all appurtenant work.

Construction Schedule 

• This project is currently in advertisement. Construction is anticipated to begin April 2020.
