      • Honolulu Place from Honolulu Avenue to Pennsylvania Avenue
      • Intersections of Glendale Avenue and Broadway, Pacific Avenue and California Avenue, Central Avenue and Wilson Avenue

      Scope of Work
      • Installation of New Bicycle Facilities; and,
      • Installation of creative crosswalks, new striping, and other pavement markings.
