Scope of Work

  • Installation of new traffic signals
  • Installation of new curb ramps to meet current Federal Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) requirements;
  • Installation of new striping and pavement markings;
  • Installation of new battery backup systems and upgrade of existing battery backup systems (see Exhibit 2: Battery Backup System Location Map);
  • Installation of rectangular rapid flashing beacons, and;
  • Railroad Quiet Zone Safety Improvements, such as security fencing, handrails, and minor striping
