Scope of Work generally includes:

• Upsizing of existing sewer mains on Pioneer Drive between Kenilworth Avenue and Pacific Avenue; on Pacific Avenue between Pioneer Drive and Burchett Street; and on Burchett Street between Pacific Avenue and First Alley West of Central Avenue
• Reconstruction of sewer house connection laterals;
• Reconstruction of precast sewer maintenance holes;
• Pavement rehabilitation of Pacific Avenue between Colorado Street and Glenoaks Boulevard using rubberized asphalt;
• Selective removal and reconstruction of damaged curbs, gutters, driveway approaches, and sidewalks;
• Reconstruction of substandard curb ramps;
• Installation of fiber optics communication system;
• Modification of traffic signals at signalized intersections; and
• Installation of pavement striping and other pavement markings.

Construction Schedule

• Phase 1 construction is scheduled to begin July 2015 and be completed by February 2016 barring adverse weather conditions. Work will be suspended between November 20, 2015 and January 4, 2016. This includes construction phase includes: Sewer Upgrade in Pioneer Drive, Pacific Avenue and Burchett Street and Street Improvements on Burchett Street.
• Phase 2 of the project includes: Traffic Signal Modifications and Street Improvements on Pacific Avenue.
