The Glendale Civic Auditorium is a favorite venue in the Los Angeles area for meeting planners and entertainers of all types. This dynamic center features an unrivaled array of resources for trade show producers and small conventions. The Spanish Revival/Art Deco influenced classic exterior of the Civic Auditorium has always provided a stylish welcome to guests arriving for an event. Parking areas will allow parking for up to 500 vehicles. Built in 1938, the Civic Auditorium stands as a lasting symbol of the quality and beauty of the old and the new.
The Glendale Civic Auditorium is Glendale's ideal location for seminars, trade shows, concerts, private events, and receptions. It offers convenience and flexibility.
The Upper Auditorium is a perfect blend of spaciousness and pleasing character. It features 11,000 square feet of hardwood floor area, high ceilings with skylights and wide entrances. It has a capacity of 800 seated banquet style and 1,100 seated theatre style.
The Lower Auditorium’s unique design is ideal for dinner dances, retail exhibitions, receptions, tests, seminars and festivals. It features a south courtyard, store-front entrance and lobby, large sunken parquet floor, kitchen, counter/bar area and attached conference room. It has a capacity of 600 seated banquet style and 300 seated theatre style. Please note that the Lower Auditorium is currently unavailable due to a long-term rental of the space.
Each floor has a fully equipped commercial kitchen, which can be rented in conjunction with your event, or separately as a work space to increase your business capacity.

Filming:
The Glendale Civic Auditorium, Parking Lot 31, and the Auditorium Exterior are available for filming rentals. Parking Lot 31 is also available to rent for crew parking/ base camp needs.
